Zhang Min is a senior executive and business leader who brings over 30 years of management consulting and industry experience in China, assisting major international companies establish and expand businesses profitably in industries such as automotive, heavy machinery and process manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, retail, agriculture, and environment.

His functional arears of expertise include market entry and growth strategy, competitive analysis, distribution and marketing strategy, strategic sourcing, business operations improvement, organization effectiveness, M&A due diligence as well as executive search and leadership development. 

Previously, Zhang Min served as Managing Director with Shanghai Equation Consulting and Shanghai office Chief Representative with Pacific Rim Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney.

Zhang Min started his career in Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Administrative Bureau in China where he led and managed business information and international exchange unit

He holds a B.A. in English language and literature from the Anhui University.
