Barbara has more than 25 years of experience in international banking, consulting and executive coaching. Her focus areas are growth strategy, organizational effectiveness and execution. 

Previous experience includes Chief Operating Officer of a privately held international investment banking boutique with offices in the US, Argentina, and Germany. Her major responsibilities were general management of day-to-day operations and strategy implementation.

Barbara has served multinational companies in more than 10 countries in the financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, oil and gas industries and developing governments.

She also has 10 years of experience as a very active, committed Board Member and Trustee Emeritus of Inwood House (now the Children’s Village), a non-profit agency serving pregnant and parenting teens in New York City.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Master of Arts Degree in Hispanic Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Iowa. A lifelong learner, Barbara is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and certified in Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches.
