DP brings over 25 years of international management consulting and industry experience. A certified executive coach, DP provides executive coaching to CXOs. As a certified decision analyst, DP specializes in business growth strategy and implementation.

Previously, DP was a Director with the Hay Group where he was in charge of the India practice development. Prior to this, DP  honed his business consulting experience successively with Eicher Consulting, A.T. Kearney, Cisco, and Oracle. DP started his career with Philips Medical Systems in India, pioneering advanced imaging systems and related customer support. 

DP is an expert in innovative strategies, quantitative decision making, transformation & change management, and leadership capability building. He has contributed to adding value to clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including automotive, biotechnology, healthcare, telecommunication, and utilities.

He holds a B Tech degree in Electronics from the Banaras Hindu University’s Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.
